It all began with an idea as a junior in high school to start a landscape company in March 2019. With little to no money and equipment that barely ran, LandGreen Landscaping Inc. was birthed. Since then, Mason has served hundreds of local clients in need. As a Fuquay Varina native, taking care of his community means a lot to him. Mason is a North Carolina State University Horticulture Graduate, North Carolina Licensed Landscape Contractor, and North Carolina Certified Plant Professional. If Mason isn’t working, he’s probably smoking meat or relaxing with his fiancé, Paulina, and his pets, Bunny, and Benji.

Landscape Crew Leader

Eric brings over six years of landscaping experience and has a genuine passion for transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful ones. He’s always eager to gain more hands-on experience and continually improve his landscaping knowledge. A strong team player, Eric is focused on delivering high-quality work and takes pride in working alongside others who share the same commitment. Having grown up in the area, Eric finds it especially rewarding to help improve the neighborhoods he’s known his whole life. Outside of landscaping, he enjoys staying busy with mechanical and auto body projects, continuing his love for hands-on work, whether on a job site or in the garage.

Maintenance Crew Leader

As a lifetime agriculture fan, Andrew has a distinguished career in the green industry. He attended North Carolina State University and studied Turfgrass. Andrew has experience with operations on the golf course and has a great sense of what it takes to create a great lawn that people rely on everyday. If Andrew isn’t working, he’s likely in a swamp somewhere hunting ducks or tending to his horses with his wife, Zoey.

TJ is a dedicated Maintenance Crew Leader, bringing years of experience and a passion for lawn maintenance to his work. As a lifelong local to the area, he takes pride in delivering exceptional results, ensuring client satisfaction with every project. In his free time, TJ enjoys immersing himself in nature and spending quality moments with friends and family.

Landscape Crew Member

Trevor was born and raised in Fuquay Varina, soon after graduating from Harnett Central High School in 2009, he was introduced to landscaping. He immediately realized he wanted to turn his passion into his career. In his free time, he usually fishes or spends time with his dogs Izzy and Lulu.

Office Manager

Driven by high energy and gumption, Paulina is a key factor in our daily operation. Paulina moved here from Puerto Rico in 2020 to continue her studies at North Carolina State University. Paulina studied Plant Breeding and Biotechnology in Horticulture, graduating with a bachelors in 2022. Her work history consists of hands-on laboratory experience, customer service, and teaching science in a fast paced high school environment. In Paulina’s off time, she is cooking flavorful cuisines, gardening and enjoying time with her husband, Mason, and her unique pets.

Office Assistant

Danielle is a vital member of the Landgreen Landscaping team, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. With eight years of experience as a dog groomer, Danielle brings a unique blend of precision, care, and organization to her role. Her passion for landscaping blossomed in high school after taking a horticulture class, and she has been nurturing her love for plants and design ever since. A devoted mother of three, Danielle masterfully balances her work and family life. When she’s not managing the office, you can find her tending to her garden or whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen.

Originally from Kentucky, Aiden got his start in lawn care working on a golf course during high school. What began as a summer job quickly sparked a passion for landscaping that became a full-time career. He brings that same dedication and attention to detail to every project. When he’s not out in the field creating beautiful outdoor spaces, you’ll probably find Aiden at the gym or working on cars.

Mateo is a hardworking, dependable team member known for his efficiency. He approaches every project with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right. From early morning starts to long summer days, Mateo consistently shows up ready to tackle any challenge and deliver top-quality results. His dedication keeps our projects running smoothly and helps ensure every property we service looks its best.

Landscape Maintenance & Install Intern

Ben was introduced to landscaping in 2020 through his work in the golf industry, where four years of hands-on experience sparked his passion for turf management. Currently, he’s pursuing a two-year Turfgrass Management degree at North Carolina State University. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, he brings a high level of care to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones.
